Senior Digital Marketing Strategist
The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist plays an integral role in developing, coordinating, and executing multichannel digital marketing objectives, strategies, and campaigns. This role focuses on the development and creation of digital marketing campaigns intended to maximize the growth and profitability of The Front Climbing Club and Vertical Solutions, with an emphasis on Vertical Solutions and its sub-brands, Proxy Productions, Habit Climbing, and Sugarhouse Holds. This role will be data-driven with an in-depth understanding of a variety of digital marketing tactics, including but not limited to paid search, paid social media, search engine optimization, website strategy, user experience, and Google Analytics.
Licensed Structural Engineer
The Structural Engineer will prepare and stamp structural calculations, technical reports, contract plans and specifications for climbing walls. Other responsibilities will include researching and developing structural engineering techniques and approaches as well as verifying and validating designs. Vertical Solutions has a proven and matured climbing wall structural system and we are looking to bring our engineering in-house. We have a great relationship with our current engineering firm, and the transition in house will be cooperative. We are also exploring mid-size steel building fabrication for the Salt Lake Area, and this position would likely lead to building a small team to carry the loads of our current needs, climbing wall market expansion, and diversification into buildings. We are looking for a senior engineer with entrepreneurial spirit to help us develop this department.
PROXY Production Manager
The Vertical Solutions Production Manager is responsible for maintaining manufacturing schedules, shipping logistics, inventory and daily operations for our polyurethane climbing holds and silicone molds shop. This position will manage shop employees and ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the quality specified.
Sewing Manager
The Vertical Solutions Pad Manager coordinate pads production for our Habit Climbing division. They manage shipping schedules and daily duties of sewing staff. Other responsibilities include managing inventory, checking accuracy and quality of materials before packing and shipping, and evaluating and improving existing processes and system.
